Trim Levels (Exterior)
The 2023 Ford Mustang Mach-E is sold in four trims: Select, California Route 1, Premium, and GT. The Select features a manual liftgate, LED headlights, Pony badges, rain-sensing wipers, and 18-inch wheels. On the California Route 1, you get a panoramic fixed-glass roof, power-folding and heated outside mirrors, a black exterior trim, and 18-inch black-painted wheels with aero covers. The Premium also includes a hands-free liftgate and 19-inch wheels. Three battery packs are available for the 2023 Ford Mustang Mach-E. The Select features the standard battery pack for 266 horsepower, 317 pound-feet of torque, and a 247-mile range on the rear-wheel-drive version or 266 horsepower, 428 pound-feet of torque, and a 224-mile range on the all-wheel-drive model. With the California Route 1, you get an extended-range battery that offers 290 horsepower, 317 pound-feet of torque, and a 314-mile range for the rear-wheel-drive version and 346 horsepower, 428 pound-feet of torque, and a 312-mile range for the all-wheel-drive model.
The Premium offers the standard-range battery or extended-range on the rear-wheel-drive version for the exact specifications of the Select. The extended-range on the Premium gets 290 horsepower, 317 pound-feet of torque, a 303-mile range for the rear-wheel-drive version and 346 horsepower, 428 pound-feet of torque, and 277 miles of range on the all-wheel-drive version. Finally, the GT gets 480 horsepower, 600 pound-feet of torque, and 270 miles with the extended range, or 480 horsepower, 634 pound-feet of torque, and 260 miles of range with the Performance Edition battery pack.
Performance
The 2023 Ford Mustang Mach-E comes standard with rear-wheel drive, with the option to upgrade to an all-wheel-drive system for better performance. Charging options include a Level 1 or Level 2 home unit or DC Fast Charging public stations. The GT Performance Edition features a MagneRide damping system for a comfortable ride at higher speeds.
